The Fifty-Fifth Annual Meeting of Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation was held on March 3, 2003 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in O'Neill. Present at the meeting were 170 members, 39 members represented by proxy and 43 guests. Special guests were introduced and the officers gave their reports.
President, Larry Anderson made a few comments on his years as a director with the Cooperative. Mr. Anderson's term expired this year and he retired from the board after 10 years of service.
Four director terms were up for election. The results of the director election
were reported to the meeting as follows:
