The Fifty-Sixth Annual Meeting of Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation was held on March 1, 2004 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in O'Neill. Present at the meeting were 123 members, 21 members represented by proxy and 29 guests. Special guests were introduced and the officers gave their reports.
President, Jake Dvorak and General Manager, John Hoke gave the yearly report on the Cooperative.
Four director terms were up for election. The results of the director election
were reported to the meeting as follows:
