The Fifty-Seventh Annual Meeting of Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation was held on March 7, 2005 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in O'Neill. Present at the meeting were 202 members, 37 members represented by proxy and 46 guests. Special guests were introduced and the officers gave their reports.
General Manager, John Hoke gave the yearly report on the Cooperative.
Three director terms were up for election. The results of the director election
were reported to the meeting as follows:
