Niobrara Valley E.M.C. Held March 6, 2006
The Fifty-Eighth Annual Meeting of the Niobrara Valley Electric Membership Corporation was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in O'Neill, Nebraska on March 6, 2006. Present at the meeting were 124 members, 21 members represented by proxy and xx guests. Special guests were introduced and the officers gave their reports.
General Manager, John Hoke gave the yearly report on the Cooperative.
Mr. Hoke presented a plaque of appreciation to Mr. Jake Dvorak who is leaving
the board of directors after fulfilling the twelve-year term limitation. Mr.
Dvorak served as President of the Board from 2003 to 2006.
Four director terms were up for election. The results of the director election were reported to the meeting as follows:
