Budget Billing Program

Niobrara Valley Electric also offers "Budget Billing" to its members. The monthly budget payment is based on the last 12 months of electric revenue. The budget year begins with the July 1st billing eacy year. The balancing month for these accounts is in June. Athe this time there may be a credit balance or an additional payment due to adjust between the budget payment and the actual bills calculated for electric service.

A "Budget Plan Authorization" form must be signed by any member requesting budget billing. Niobrara Valley Electric rederves the right to adjust the amount of the monthly payments at any time during the budget year in the event the estimates are found to have been too low.
