Our office is open 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Monday through Friday.
After hours and on weekends our line is answered by the sheriff dispatch.

WHEN THE POWER GOES OFF

Please follow these guidelines before calling and then have the necessary information available:

Check your breakers or fuses.
Check with your neighbors to see if they have power.
Provide the name the account is listed under.
Provide your name if it is different than the one listed on the account.
Report any problems you have noticed such as down trees or lines.
Provide directions to the service if required.
